Today and Tomorrow

Crews from concrete subcontractor, A & K Slipform, continue to pour sidewalks today in this lovely cement friendly weather! Once crews finish the small section of incomplete sidewalk by the Elm Street/Main Street intersection you can the entire south side of Main Street should have its sidewalks. All that would be missing from that is to finish the brick sections and tree lawns.

A & K is also taking advantage of the holiday and finishing up as much as they can of the plaza by the bank downtown.

Crews from NYSEG subcontractor Dekatherm have increased their pace in making/refurbishing utility lines. Only until Dekatherm can finish all the utility lines on the north side of Main Street can that side of the street begin to form up. Curbing subcontractors Geneva Curbing have rescheduled for Monday October 16th 2006 changing their expected curb installation date of Wednesday October 11th 2006. Once all the curbing is finished on the north side of Main Street then can A & K return to pour concrete there.
