Taken from the second floor of the Gimme! Coffee building. The man in the white hard hat is MSP Field Representative Ward Hungerford and he is monitoring the pour of concrete into a vault underneath the Napa Auto Parts store.



Preparing the sidewalk outside the Masonic Temple for its future look. The area will become a small civic plaza and the two shurb-trees removed will be replaced.
